The Parade

I just came home , had a nice phone chat with Danial . Well ... talking about the same topics over and over again . He is funny ... and he likes to talk crap . And he calls me a bitch ...

At the bus-stop , i was so worried that i might have missed the last bus . But i was wrong ... the bus came in the end . Before that , i almost got beaten up by some Chinese gangster guy . He was staring at me ... from behind , then i looked back . He stared at him when he was spitting ... so disgusting . So what i did was ... when he came infront to have a closer look at my face , i told him off straight with refined English ... "Yes ? May i help u ... is there anything u need ?"

I asked him in a very friendly yet sarcastic manner ... then , he walked away ...

Was at home for the whole afternoon ... Chatted with some people ... and tried waking Samuel up from his sleep . Supposingly , meeting him at 5 45pm . But u know ... the usual thing , Samuel was late . So we pushed the time to about ... 6 plus . So , i told him to wake up , but he said ... he needed to sleep for awhile more ... I told him not to , because he'll wake up at 6 45 instead . And i was right ! I took a bus early and reached Orchard around 6 15 pm .

Walking around ... it was drizzling . Then , i bought some bread from BreadTalk ... was eating on my way ... I walked around , looking around at the beautiful flowery cars ... and those people were screaming and yelling away . The girls were crazy ... and the crowd was cheering ... Anyway , i was then looking for YongRui ... Then , surprising , i met him . He was wearing this very ugly costume . It was like ... made of cheap material ... and it was taped on his costume that he wore yesterday . Then , Danial called ... We talked , thats when i dropped my bread . And it was so embarrassing ... I dropped it in the middle of the crowd , and they were staring at me ... I picked it up ... and without knowing , or caring , i put it back into my mouth , and i started eating again . Chatted for a while ... and noticed the crowd and the people on the road , they were so high . Again , i dropped my bread . In total , i dropped 3 times . But i managed to finish it ... so dirty .

Then nobody accompanied me , except for Danial , because Samuel was late . He was very late ... i was feeling so bored ... Thanks to Samuel and his ignorance of his time ... Same that day , when we were at Lynn's place ... Anyway , when he reached , i couldnt be bothered to go find him , so i stood by the road and drank some Ribena ... and watched some stupid people cheer . After that , i was walking around aimlessly searching for a dustbin . Sometimes , like cabs , when u need them , they're not around ... I stood somewhere in the bushes ... and watched some girls do some dance ... weird ... and unpleasant to the eyes .

Samuel and i went around , searching for the entry point . We had these really bad tickets . Thanks to YongRui , its free , and we had to sit along the side of the road . We had to first squeeze through some really thick lump of human flesh . It was tough for Samuel ... because he was peeling skin . His burn is ... healing ... ? So , he looks like an alien now . He was in pain ... then , we got in ... and we were like ... shocked . We have to sit on this wet floor ... So i asked for some cupboard , and i did ask whether he needs one , and he said ... no . So i took only one ... then he told me to get another one , then i scolded him a bastard . He gave me that look ... and i think he wasnt happy . But anyway , the show started in time . We sat around the corner , and it was a bad view . We can only see those people at their preparation stage , then their main performance area was infront , we cannot really see them ...

But sure , we enjoyed the show . There was the beautiful dancers , and some very sweet eye candies . I saw the monks that acted in the KungFu musical ... they were like ... dancing and showing their KungFu . There was this electronic Violin and Cello . The singer was really good too ... Good thing that the place wasnt really humid and hot like what ive expected . We saw some tradition dances with some contemporary elements . Like the Japanese people ... which was like ... a really huge group of people . The Koreans were ... lesser . Then there were the Malays and Chinese ... I prefered the musical performances , more than the dances . But the military band was like ... super boring and really bad . It wasnt loud enough ... and the pieces they played was horrible ... some Chinese pieces . The last performance was the dragon dance . It was really good ... there was about 34 dragons , and on the main stage , there was one really big and beautiful one . They were ... balancing on this beam , and the dragon moved so ... nicely , i dunno how to describe it . And in the end , it shot some nice ... firecracker thingi .

After that , we figured that it might be so crowded that it'll be hard to walk out . So , we followed the last performing group ... on the road . We walked along the road , and many others did too . It was the fastest way of getting out of Orchard . In the end , we were stopped by the officials ... then we had to walk with the crowd . We walked towards PlazaSing , and we ate MosBurger .

Jobyna recommended this very nice rice burger . It was good ... and we did have a good meal . I love the clam chowder ...

Walked back towards Orchard to take bus 132 , because Samuel dun want to take bus 162 . He wanted to walk ... and so , we did . I was feeling so lazy like usual ... and so , i followed him because afterall , he took 162 with me for so many times already . Walked on Orchard Road , because it was empty . U seldom get a chance to walk on Orchard road ... it was empty , without a single car . Then we took some pictures , like what everybody was doing . Until ... finally , the police came and chased us off ...

Saw Hobbes along the way , he didnt call me , he called Samuel . Well ... i nevermind him .

Then we waited for bus 132 at this bus-stop . It was ... like taking so long . Meanwhile , we were doing some weird moves ... singing the GuoMeiMei song . Then when the bus approaches , nobody was waving ... so we went quickly and waved . Then the bus was travelling on another lane , as if its not coming . Then i thought ... we were at the wrong stop ! We quickly ran and laughed like idiots . Then while we were running ... Samuel was infront , so i shouted thief , and i was hoping that somebody would stop Samuel as if he was some thief ... but nobody did .

Slept in the bus .

Before that ... i was waiting for Samuel ... so i entered HMV , and too bad ... i had no choice , but to buy one CD . Wheneva i buy new CDs , i would put them in one of my three best CD hampers . So ... when some comes , some has to go , sadly . So , later , i will be removing some CDs , with some serious consideration , and making space for my 2 CDs ...

Im bored . Chatting with Danial while blogging ... so , dun mind the errors , i cant be bothered to double check .
