A Year , For A Life

Just came home from this great dinner at Breeks with Matthew . Today is the release of the Os , and many people are celebrating , and for some , they just have to hide their face at home . Im glad that Matthew did well ... and WeiFeng has gotten rather good grades too . Matthew scored an A1 for his English , and the rest were mostly B3s . And now , he's happy ... unlike last year , when he screwed his papers , and he then decided to stay another year , meanwhile ... me , without studying a bit at all , went on with my life in NAFA ...

Long story , and many super funny memories . Memories of me and Matthew , and of course Sean . These 2 were my partners for Science , and once Sean was my partner for HomeEcons . And u wouldnt wanna know what happened ... When we were Sec 2 , i taught Sean how to grow moss on the testtube rack , and so ... he went to do it , and of course we succeeded for quite a few times . Until one day , when while Sean was watering the rack , he had it in the basin ... washing it ... happily , then the lab staff came ... and she shouted to MrSyed , our form teacher and also Science teacher . And there we were ... both punished , though i didnt do anything that day . And the worst thing was ... the water pipes broke , and the water kept flowing out ... So , double penalty . It was freaking funny ... we still laugh like hell when we think of it ... Then there was HomeEcons , we both were super lazy , which i still am . We didnt bring our meat for cooking ... and we had to go around stealing TimothyQuek and NicholasLeong's meat . It was freaking funny ... damn funny ... And we stole a piece of cheese from the fridge . And i remembered washing eggs ... like for what ? Thanks to Sean , who was so concerned over eating super clean food . Well , and he doesnt wanna wash up after cooking ... and great , we threw the water out of the window because we didnt wanna dirty our clothes . Its hell funny ! We stole Timothy's clothes and wiped everything clean ... and threw it back on his table . We brought our clothes only for the teacher to check ... we never use them . When i was Sec 4 , Matthew became a very close friend , and he sat beside me during Science . And ... he will often just read his comics , while i take out a piece of paper and start writing nonsense ... or take out some scores and start composing ... Then , when its time to hand in our work , we'll quickly rush around the class copying answers . That explains why i still dunno how to count the calculations of moles , and other Physics crap . But , i managed to pass ... amazingly .

Went to school ... had aural class , and i sat beside Jwen . She didnt do her work , she filled the blanks with rubbish , that might just look like she'd done her work , but ... she didnt . So when we're told to clap the answers , i clapped her's ... which was totally wrong . Evan's worst ... she filled in some stupid answers , which looked like some grade 1 stuff ... really funny . Think i cant really hear for harmony dictation , the rest are fine .

Chinese performance class was a total screw up . Before that i had lunch with Jwen and Evan , and we smelled of SunShine after eating . In the class , i smelled ... and i had to play . My Pipa was down ... and i didnt prepare anything . So , i had to play something based on memory . And so ... i tried playing something , then i broke down halfway . So , i changed my song ... and i played my exam piece last year , and obviously , i couldnt remember much . It was really horrible , it was out of tune , and i made so bloody fucking many mistakes . But , when they gave their comments , its roughly the same ... saying im nervous , and MrYeo even said ive improved alot ... which to me , sounded very sarcastic . YouGuo said some other ways of performing the piece , he was really nice , he made it sound like im fine ... just that he and i play in a rather different style ... which maybe i might agree . But overall , trust me ... it was disgusting . Too bad they havent heard me play during my exams , which i think was quite good .

Was late to meet up with the class . DrTan and class went on the bus and i had to wait for a cab . Dedric skipped lesson ... and i had to lie to DrTan that i didnt see him . Anyway , a few of us took cab . We had to take 2 different cabs , because some of them are also late ... or worst , not even aware of the class outing . So , i shared cab with 3 others ... Williana was like complaining that the module is a waste of time , which i can agree ... but afterall , its kinda fun ... because its not that stressing , but we do have to waste time looking for photos for our portfolio . Went to the Asian Civilisation Art Musuem , and it was raining heavily . I shared umbrella with XuLian ... the exhibition wasnt that bad ... kinda interesting ... Then there was this last show in the auditorium , where we watched this video ... kinda interesting ... Its about the lives of those girls who play in the drum troupes in China . And they're life is kinda sad ... but yet colourful . Its really amazing how they played those things ... ive seen many before , but still it amuses me . Then there were many funny parts , and then DrTan will laugh with the class . Instead of those serious lecturers who are generally older than us , and doesnt interact much with the students ... DrTan is very cute , she tries to interact with the students . She even laughed quite loudly , instead of shutting the class up . Then , she laughed when PekChuan was making some silly noises ... DrTan is a nice person ... bubbly and vivacious .

DrKan's class was great . I was having a headache trying to listen out to what shes saying ... she made things look so easy , but when we're hands on , we cant manage it ourselves . I dunno why ... Then ZhiZhi was extremely high today , instead of some other people making noises in class , ZhiZhi was the main attention today , she was making alot of comments and she laughed alot ... DrKan was fine with it because its hard to see ZhiZhi do that . Its weird ... Fairul and i was like ... laughing because ZhiZhi was weird . Then she asked like Febuary is such a short month , can DrKan give more time for the analysis ... Then came a super funny reply , DrKan laughed in a super sarcastic tone . It was freaking funny ...

Andy is really nice , today Samuel and gang asked him out for lunch and yet they've forgotten about it . Then Andy came and ask me where they were ... so i brought him down to SunShine , thats when i smelled even more . YongRui , Samuel , Fairul , Andy and i chatted at NasiLemak stall ... then we were all making fun of Fairul , then Andy was the middle man , he helped pass silly messages . Well ... had a great time with Andy , but so sorry ... have to leave him because Matthew called me out earlier today .

Met them , and they were all in some billard place ... playing pool . Matthew and Carleton was playing , while many others were just watching . I was there ... then Sherwin shouted my name , then they went like ... as if like they've not seen for very long , which i think is ... really long . Then Carleton was nice , he came with opened arms , and gave me a hug ... then i didnt know what to do . I sat down , away from them ... because i dun like BenChan ... then i noticed that Matthew has this stud on his ear , which looked huge ... and i thought , its ugly . They went to play LAN after JonathanChua arrived ... and later they decided to eat at some stupid place , so Matthew and i left first , headed towards AngMoKio .

Then after eating ... i threw away his cigarettes and his lighter . He picked up smoking last year , and i know ... many of them smoke . And thats bad , but i know i will never pick it up ... honestly , ive tried a stick or 2 a long time ago . But it didnt got me hooked , so ... im fine . Matthew was at Veinna , for some Piano competition and he bought a cigar there and he tried our of curiosity . And now , hes addicted to it , but he seemed rather determined to quit . So i helped him threw away his just now ... Well , he really is good in music , i asked him some questions and he gave me good answers , but not really practical if its to be written , because i dun think he can write much . Well ... congratulations , and study hard . At least u didnt waste away a year ...
