Express To Impress , Music To Politics

Sent Dedric and Kenny off . Dedric took the cab home , while Kenny took the bus opposite .

Woke up kinda late , but was early , though late , for practice . Nobody was there , and i was shocked . Maybe there aint any practice ... but why shouldnt i be informed ? Well , so , things went off well . Practices , like usual ones . Only a few came , and there wasnt any Ruan at all , other than Kenny , who played the DaRuan . So , MiYan was feeling kinda down , because the piece is kinda difficult . I must admit , its the counting parts ... and well , the SanXian has some other tunings , so ... we couldnt figure which one to use . JiaJin got a really cool haircut . Its so unlike him , but surely ... a first step to looking better . YiLeng is out still in France , and how sweet isit ... ? JiaJin is going over to find her ! Its so lovely . Well , he said that its kinda expensive , maybe already around $2000 plus .

During the practice , i couldnt figure the triplets . Im sure there's another way of counting it . But , Mike , our dear conductor , has an accurate of counting . He is always good in teaching stuffs like that ... u know , orchestral difficulties . But , i couldnt get it still .

Its funny , im talking to YouGuo now . He is nudging me , like usual .

Anyway , forget about the playing . After practice , we went to eat . MiYan , JiaJin , Kenny , Sharon , Jasmine and i . ChaiXia went for some project work . No , she didnt even come for practice today . So , Kenny was asking JiaJin about YiLeng . Well , nice of her to think of us though she is over at France . I hope she's doing well there . Eat more .

So , JiaJin said that MDC is having some show today at ToaPayoh . So , we went over to take a look . MiYan went off to meet her mother . Sharon and Jasmine went off to get Sharon a new pair of shoes . Why ? Obviously , because it snapped . We asked JiaJin out ... and well , he said he wanna go home . Again ! When YiLeng is around , they go home . And now , still go home ! So funny ... So , Kenny and i pulled him along to ToaPayoh . So , their show is at 5 pm . We took the bus around 3 pm , so we had alot of time walking around .

Firstly , we needed to know which direction was it for bus 88 to go towards ToaPayoh . So , there was this bus , saying that it goes to ToaPayoh , and its bus 73 , i think . So , we saw it ... and figured that it must be the bus-stop that the bus stopped at . And so we walked towards it ... Only smart people like JiaJin would say ... bus 73 goes ToaPayoh and we can take that bus . Funny shit ! Kenny and i only cared about the direction ... and didnt realise that we could take bus 73 too . We're just too ... simple .

In the bus , its fun talking to JiaJin . Well , for 2 years ... this is the first time i went out with JiaJin . So , he is not that boring after all ! Im joking ... Just that , he is fun , but we seldom really talk much ... Anyway , when we're at ToaPayoh , we found the stage shortly , but it wasnt their show yet . So , we've lots of time to stall .

We went walking around , and hunting for Kenny's ear piece . So , there was this funny shop that specialises in selling second hand phones . Dun u think it sounds weird ... ? Anyway , we stopped over and found ourselves kinda lost . So , we went to this shopping mall , or not , i dunno what u actually call it ... but its kinda similar to the one in AngMoKio . Anyway , i bought carrot cake . Its cheap , and its tasty and filling .

Finally , we went over to the stage to meet WeiFeng . Andy said that he was in KBox , singing some oldies . Possible . Most likely ! So , we saw him . And for the first time after so long . He told me that ive grown slimmer . And of course , im happy ! But well , questionable because he've not seen me for so long ... Its kinda possible that he already forgot how i look like . So , we also saw Louis ... and he was telling us about this guy ... very handsome and stuff . Well , dun mind him . So we saw him , and we're like ... nevermind . Well , i dunno how to judge how a guy look , but JiaJin said that he's fine .

I just shat . I think its the food ...

Anyway , so we watched this stupid performance by the army officers , throwing and swinging their guns . I dunno , but they told me that its good . Right ... I dun think so . Anyway , Kenny was so tired ... We ate ice-cream at McDonalds before that , WeiFeng gave me this voucher , $2 off . And so , i treated JiaJin ice-cream . Kenny paid for his own . So , as usual ... WeiFend , the humour himself . So , we chatted till their performance .

It was great . Watching them , while refreshing my memory of my little short period with MDC . The people there were funny , and well ... playing with them was fun . But still , i cannot forget the horrible mistakes ive made before . Its so ... unforgivable , because its so simple . Inexcusable errors ...

Anyway , so after their performance . We went to talk abit more before we left . The Ruans were too soft , in fact , inaudible . Percussion was irritating . Andy was then telling us about his problems on stage and stuff . Well , after that , we left .

Kenny came over to my place , and he called Dedric over . JiaJin took the MRT with us , and he went home .

There was nothing to do , so ... we watched another repeated movie , again . I fell asleep ... and in the end , they woke me up . Dedric was complaining , and he needed to eat . But we stayed on ... and Kenny helped me with my computer . And he chatted with WeiFeng in my disguise . Anyway , we found many ... rubbish in my computer , and he helped me with it . So , i cleared it . But well , i dun like to remove my cookies . I find them ... delicious .

So , they took turns ... and had a ride with Dickshen . Switching off and on my lights ... and im sure it'll explode if they continued to do so . I took my bag , and we went downstairs to eat . Shared the lift with Mom , and they saw how horrible my Mom is . But , its funny shit ! So , anyway ... we ate ... and we talked .

Im not going to disclose what we've said . But well , in summary ... its criticism towards politics .

So , i play my Pipa , and my love for music lies in music alone , and not politics ... because , i play to express ... and not totally to impress . Nothing more to add on , but read it again , for the politicians of music . Look , leave me alone , as my shirt says .
